Never again lying applicants.

The CV-fraud is growing. According to the agency Hoffmann Strategisch Risk Management, a quarter of the screened applicants is being rejected because they lie demonstratable in their cover letters. Applicant feel more and more often that it is normal to exaggerate previous salaries and emoluments, to conceal being fired and to exaggerate expereince.

Employers also do get of free, as only half of them bothers the call the old boss of the candidate, verifies a reference or check the collective labour agreement to see if the provided salary is in line with the education and experience. Only one out of five companies actaully inquires the applicants history and finds out that one every four candidates is lying.
