CV-OK  has automated the screening process innovatively through several screening profiles with standardized prices. The advantages of working with CV-OK: your screening process is 100% compliant, unburden and most data is verified at the source. Besides our process is cost effective, digital and has a short lead time. Through all profiles below, you will be able to optimize your screening policy. In order to request an account, please click on the button ‘Create an account’. Within one working day after we have received your request, you are able to start with submitting candidates for a screening.

The screening of candidates will be deducted from a minimum credit of € 500, - which can be paid by IDEAL or Credit Card. This credit can be increased at any time. There is no annual license fee to pay for this online account. You have access to the 7 standard screening profiles.

The above-mentioned prices are excluding VAT.

* The verification of foreign diploma’s and settings cause a fee of €60,00 (excl. VAT) per diploma.
** The request of a VOG (or a foreign equivalent) must be executed by the Concerned. Additionally, all costs do need to be paid by the Concerned as well. These costs are not included in the above mentioned prices per screening. CV-OK supports the Concerned where possible, regarding the application and further assistance regarding the VOG (or a foreign equivalent).
*** Credit worthiness: It is only possible to run a credit check on candidates with a Dutch address.

Further explanation screening profiles:
  • Identity verification of an identity document (passport or ID card) - Next to the verification of the document, we also check if the document is reported stolen or missing (Verification Information Systems (VIS) register). 
  • Education* - Verification takes place through Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO). Secondly, through the education institution and finally through the person involved. Foreign degrees, diplomas and education are verified through Nuffic, with feedback on both education and (obtained) degrees or diplomas. 
  • Work experience - Verification of the previous 5 years is standard. This happens through 1) referees or 2) the Human Resources department of the previous employer. The verification of work experience has similar characteristics to a proof of employment. 
  • Credit rating - Insight in:
    1. Payment behaviour
    2. Corporate information 
    3. Civil rights rulings (Insolvency register)
    4. Receivership database 
  • (Personal) integrity statement. Personal statement, filled in online and signed by the candidate, containing questions about financial situation, current criminal affairs, additional functions, etcetera. 
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC)/Criminal records in other countries** Facilitating the request for the Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC)/Criminal records in other countries, sending ‘reminders’ and making sure it is integrated in the report. When requesting a screening, you can indicate which CGC profile needs to be checked.
  • BIG-check - upload and verification of BIG registration
  • RGS-check - upload and verification of RGS registration
  • Internet profile - overview of the correct url’s of the candidate. It is up to the hiring company to actually check the websites and determine whether the information found should influence the hiring decision. Information has to be relevant for the position if it plays a rol in the hiring process.
